health update after chest ….

Queen Camilla recently battled a chest infection that disrupted her royal schedule. Although the Palace assured she’s recovering, the Queen admitted the virus is “hanging on for a little bit.” Despite missing several events, she attended the Booker Prize ceremony on November 12, leaving early but expressing optimism about her recovery.

Her illness kept her from the Royal Film Performance of Gladiator II and key Remembrance Day events. King Charles led tributes at the Cenotaph while the Duchess of Gloucester stepped in for Camilla at Westminster Abbey’s Field of Remembrance on November 7.

Camilla’s rest followed a royal tour of Australia and Samoa, while King Charles continued his cancer treatment. The Palace remains hopeful she will soon return to her duties.
