Prince Louis and Prince George’s Trooping

During the 2025 Trooping the Colour, Prince George and Prince Louis charmed the public with their close bond. Dressed in matching suits, they sat beside Princess Catherine and Princess Charlotte in a horse-drawn carriage. A lip reader revealed that Louis asked George, “Should I wave?” to which George replied, “It’s up to you.” Louis suggested they wave together, and both boys did so with delight. Later, during the balcony appearance, Louis excitedly waved at the flypast, prompting George to gently nudge him to focus. The siblings shared another endearing moment when George identified a passing aircraft as “The Poseidon,” while King Charles and Prince William looked on proudly. Princess Catherine was also seen encouraging the children as they watched the spectacle.

These scenes followed a sweet interaction during the May 5 VE Day anniversary, where Louis cheekily mimicked George fixing his hair. Despite the chill, Louis showed care by brushing off Prince William’s RAF uniform and snuggling a hot-water bottle. George, in turn, ensured Louis had a cushion for a better view. Their warmth and playfulness were again visible on the palace balcony, with Louis tapping along to music. Only George joined his parents for a veterans’ tea party later, emphasizing the family’s focus on remembrance and unity.
