Elon Musk shares results of official dr.g test
After Donald Trump labeled Elon Musk a “big time drug addict,” Musk responded by posting a drug test result showing negative results, captioned simply with “lol.” Accusations had surfaced claiming Musk frequently used ketamine, even during his time as a White House advisor, and that it caused him bladder issues. In a 2024 interview, Musk admitted using ketamine under medical supervision to treat depression, emphasizing the small dosage and infrequent use. He defended ketamine therapy as effective for mental health, adding that excessive use would interfere with his productivity. Reports also alleged use of other substances like ecstasy and mushrooms.
Tensions between Musk and Trump reportedly escalated after Musk criticized the former president online. Trump, in turn, contacted allies to discuss Musk’s behavior and drug use, according to The Washington Post. The New York Times also reported that Musk carried a pill box marked Adderall during the campaign. When asked about these claims, White House spokesperson Harrison Fields avoided a direct answer, instead praising Musk’s government service. Despite the controversy, Musk’s drug test results suggest no current drug use, casting doubt on Trump’s claims.
