Elon Musk appears to double down on bombshell claims about Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein files

Elon Musk has reignited controversy online following the FBI and Justice Department’s recent release of CCTV footage from Jeffrey Epstein’s cell the day he died in 2019. The investigation concluded Epstein was not murdered and found no evidence of him blackmailing powerful individuals or maintaining a “client list.”

Despite these findings, Musk openly criticized officials, including the Trump administration and District Attorney Pam Bondi, for their handling of the Epstein case. He used a meme of a man dressing as a clown, mocking shifting claims about the “Epstein list,” ending with, “There is no Epstein list.”

He captioned the meme with an angry emoji and continued reacting to public frustration. Quoting another user questioning the missing list, Musk tweeted, “This is the final straw,” though he didn’t clarify what he meant by that statement.

Musk responded to an older Trump interview promising to release the list, writing “Anytime now.” He also commented on a post referencing Bondi’s claim the list was on her desk, calling the situation “heavy.”

In another sarcastic post, Musk replied to an image of file boxes labeled “Epstein List Hangs Itself Moments Before Release,” with an eye-roll emoji, mocking official narratives.

Previously, Musk claimed Donald Trump was named in the Epstein files, suggesting that’s why the documents haven’t been made public. He later deleted the tweet, admitting he may have gone “too far.”

It’s important to note that Trump being named in any files does not imply guilt. The FBI’s findings officially counter widespread conspiracy theories about Epstein’s death.
