Zelenskyy has meeting with King Charles and everyone is saying the same thing

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with King Charles III at Windsor Castle to discuss the ongoing Russian attacks on Ukraine, which have recently involved 352 drones and 16 missiles, resulting in at least 10 civilian deaths. The two leaders shared a lunch meeting ahead of Zelenskyy’s scheduled talks with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who is expected to reiterate support for Ukraine. However, much public attention focused on Zelenskyy’s choice to wear an all-black formal suit, a departure from his signature military-style clothing since the Russian invasion began in 2022.

The outfit sparked comparisons to Zelenskyy’s earlier 2024 meeting with Donald Trump, where he faced criticism for wearing casual clothes. At that time, he explained he would return to formal attire only once the war ended. His decision to wear a suit for King Charles prompted online discussions, with some interpreting it as a respectful diplomatic gesture. The visit underscores Ukraine’s continued international outreach during wartime, while Zelenskyy’s fashion choices remain a topic of public interest.
