Donald Trump issues chilling warning as he speaks out on Iran and Israel conflict
Former U.S. President Donald Trump has issued strong warnings to Iran amid escalating violence between Iran and Israel. The conflict has stretched into a third day following Israel’s surprise airstrikes on Iranian nuclear and military facilities on June 13, which reportedly killed several high-ranking officials and scientists. Trump praised the Israeli attack as “very successful” and urged both nations to reach a deal, though tensions show no sign of easing. Iran’s foreign minister stated that their retaliation would stop only if Israel halts its attacks. Trump reaffirmed his support for Israel while denying any U.S. involvement in the recent strikes, warning Iran of severe consequences if it attacks America.
The ongoing strikes have resulted in significant casualties. Iran reports at least 78 dead and over 320 wounded, with numbers expected to rise following recent attacks in Tehran. Meanwhile, 13 people have died in Israel, including 10 from overnight strikes. The conflict has also affected civilians, including public figures like Caitlyn Jenner, who is currently sheltering in Tel Aviv. Jenner had traveled to attend a Pride parade, which was canceled due to the attacks. With Israeli airports shut down for three days, it remains uncertain when she and others will be able to leave the country.
