Trump finally addresses claim Elon Musk
Elon Musk and Donald Trump have become embroiled in a public feud following Musk’s departure from the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). The fallout intensified after a New York Times report alleged Musk regularly used drugs like ketamine and Adderall, sometimes daily, and carried a pill box during travels. Musk called the report false, admitting only to past prescribed ketamine use. When asked if Musk used drugs at the White House, Trump said he didn’t think so and wished him well.
The feud escalated after Musk criticized Trump’s “big beautiful bill,” which includes eliminating taxes on Social Security, overtime, and tips. Musk also reshared a tweet calling for Trump’s impeachment in favor of Vice President JD Vance. Trump claimed he asked Musk to step down from DOGE, saying Musk “went crazy” after losing his EV mandate. Musk denied this, calling Trump’s statement a lie. Trump later told CNN he wasn’t interested in making peace with Musk, referring to him as someone who had “lost his mind.”
