A Utah Father And Daughter Are Dead After A Bulldozer Fell On Top Of Their Pickup Truck Over The Weekend

Richard David Hendrickson, CEO of Lifetime Products, and his 16-year-old daughter, Sally, tragically lost their lives in a devastating accident in Ogden Canyon on Saturday. A bulldozer being towed by a truck broke loose and crushed their pickup, killing them instantly, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.

Hendrickson was a beloved leader, admired for his mechanical brilliance and deep connections with others. Utah Governor Spencer Cox mourned the loss of his friend, calling it a profound tragedy.

Two other passengers in the truck sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Hendrickson, also a stake president in the LDS Church, leaves behind a grieving community deeply impacted by this heartbreaking loss.
