Once weighing over 725 pounds, Tammy relied on a walker, wheelchair, and oxygen mask. Now, after losing 440 pounds, she has dropped to 285 pounds and can walk unaided. “Just being able to walk without a walker or be pushed in a wheelchair, and no oxygen… what seems minor to some people is giant for me,” she shared.
