This Historic Photo Of “I Dream of Jeannie” Is Not Edited – Look Closely

“I Dream of Jeannie” is a popular TV show that aired from 1965 to 1970. This comedy series follows astronaut Major Tony Nelson, who finds a magical bottle containing a genie named Jeannie during a mission. Jeannie, who can grant wishes, creates numerous funny moments as Tony tries to keep her powers a secret.

Barbara Eden played Jeannie, bringing charm and humor to the character. Before this role, Eden appeared in various movies and TV shows but became very famous due to “I Dream of Jeannie.”

Larry Hagman portrayed Major Tony Nelson, adeptly showing Tony’s struggle to hide Jeannie’s magic. Hagman gained further fame after this show for his role in “Dallas.”
